We stand behind our products and are happy to assist you if you have any issues with the quality or performance of our products.

iBELL provides warranty on any defective material and workmanship for a period mentioned in Warranty Card issued with the product from the date of purchase.  Please ensure that you get warranty card with your product.  ContactiBELL care Toll Fee 1800 1034 090 if found warranty card missing or return complete product to seller.  Online buyers must register warranty within 15 days after receiving producton www.ibellcare/xyz.comto avail warranty services.  By registering a product online for warranty, buyer accept terms and conditions given in warranty card.  iBELL® reserves the right to decline warranty service, if the proof of purchase and original warranty card not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found tampered.The company’s decision on identification of the defects due to faulty or defective spare parts, faulty workmanship, misuse or abuse shall be final and buyer shall agree to abide by such decision. The defective parts or material shall be replaced with functionally working equivalent part or material and defective part or material will become the property of the company.

Limitations of Warranty

  1. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering or failure of the buyer/user to follow the normal operating procedure outlined in user manual.
  2. Defect or damage due to spillage of liquids, due to insects, wrong oil petrol mixing ratio or wrong use of electrical supply and voltage.
  3. Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or stains.
  4. Scratches and damage to outer surface areas and externally exposed units or parts that are due to normal customer use.
  5. Claim for damaged or missing parts after seven days from the original date of purchase. If any part or parts of the unit are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by the company or unit has been dismantled or repaired by any person other than authorized technician.
  6. Product which has serial number removed or tampered.
  7. If warranty card is being altered, defaced or erased in any manner whatsoever.
  8. This product is intended for use in India only and no warranty services available in any other country other than India.
  9. To obtain service, the product must send freight prepaid to iBELL® Service Center. Online buyers within India get a free pick-up and delivery for the warranty services if buyer location comes under the delivery pin code of our logistics partner.
  10. Under no circumstances shall iBELL or Sellerbe liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages due to improper use of the product.

IMPORTANT NOTE:-If you are not in agreement with the Warranty Terms and Conditions or Limitations of Warranty in full or part of it, you may return complete product within three (3) days, along with the original brand packaging, un-detached MRP sticker, all tools and accessories. The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents. Full reimbursement excluding shipping charges will be made after receiving product back in above stated condition.
