IBELL TOOLS products are eligible for free replacement, within 3 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. You can return the product within 3 days of delivery for replacement.
What should you do if you receive a damaged/wrong product?
Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
Please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at icare@ibelltools.com or call us on 1800 103 4090 within 3 days of receipt of the product.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to the return pickup. Upon receiving the product, we will promptly dispatch a replacement. Refer to the terms in the warranty card included with the product for more details.
When are returns NOT possible?
The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
1. Time elapsed beyond 3 days after delivery
2. Damages due to misuse/ Faulty installation of the product
3. Any item which has been used
4. Products with tampered or missing serial /EAN numbers
5. Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units
6. Products with scratches or dents.
7. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
